Discussed options of temperatures indicators with PIC such as 160°F temperature strips/stickers, dish plate thermometer, etc. 4-703.11-P REGULATION: Item 16 Food contact surface; cleaned and sanitized -- Sanitizing Hot Water and Chemical-Methods OBSERVATION: No food thermometer available on site at time of inspection. Observed cream cheese in "True" branded single-door refrigerator at 38°F. Observed foods in freezer unit to be frozen solid. Observed quaternary sanitizer available. Discussion Establishment serves children only snack foods such as cereal and bagels with cream cheese. PIC states children bring their own lunches from home. Discussion Violations above will be verified at next routine inspection.
