OBSERVATION: No irreversible registering temperature indicator available
to test sanitizer machine on site. Discussed options of temperatures
indicators with PIC such as 160°F temperature strips/stickers, dish plate
thermometer, etc.

Sanitizing Hot Water and Chemical-Methods
OBSERVATION: No food thermometer available on site at time of inspection.
PIC to obtain food thermometer to take accurate temperatures of foods
such as milk and cream cheese.

OBSERVATION: Observed expired quaternary sanitizer testing strips at time
of inspection. PIC to obtain new testing strips to accurately test
concentration of sanitizer.

In Compliance Observed valid copy of allergen certificate. Observed cream
cheese in "True" branded single-door refrigerator at 38°F. Observed foods
in freezer unit to be frozen solid. Observed quaternary sanitizer
available.
Discussion Establishment serves children only snack foods such as cereal
and bagels with cream cheese. PIC states children bring their own lunches
from home.
Discussion Violations above will be verified at next routine inspection.
