Discussion Just Like Home is the company/caterer that carries out the
hot lunch program at St. Michael's School .
Verified 05/30/23 OBSERVATION: No handwashing signage available at handwashing sink next to
standing warmer at time of inspection. PIC to provide handwashing signage
at sink.
**RE-INSPECTION** HANDWASHING SIGNAGE PROVIDED AT HANDWASHING SINK
MENTIONED ABOVE AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION.
6-301 .14 REGULATION: Item 10 Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and
accessible -- Handwashing Signage
Verified 05/30/23 OBSERVATION: Observed bottle of bleach on site that is used for sanitizing
food contact surfaces that does not have manufacturer's instructions for
how to sanitize food contact surfaces. Instructions on bottle are for
cleaning and de-cdorizing and for laundry use. PIC to ensure sanitizer
used for food contact surfaces is approved for such use.
**RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED BLEACH SANITIZER APPROVED FOR USE ON FOOD
CONTACT SURFACES AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION.

Verified 05/30/23 OBSERVATION: Observed pipe under three bay sink to be leaking water into
container kept below it at time of inspection. PIC to ensure pipe is
repaired using approved methods and materials.
**RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED PIPE UNDER THREE BAY SINK TO BE IN GOOD REPAIR
AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION.

Discussion Observed hood sticker stating last service was in 2019. PIC
states hood has been serviced since then, but no sticker available. PIC
to contact professional hood cleaning company to obtain valid sticker.
**RE-INSPECTION** HOOD IS SCHEDULED TO BE CLEANED THIS THURSDAY (6/1) .
In Compliance Observed CFPM and allergen certificates posted in kitchen
area. Observed ham in "Falcon" branded two door refrigerator at 41°F.
Observed cheese quesadillas in standing warmer at 152'F. Observed foods
in freezer units to be frozen solid. Observed bleach sanitizer testing
strips available. Observed PIC and employees serving foods with
single-use gloves. Observed food thermometer in compliance. Observed dry
storage in compliance. No pest activity observed.
Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked
"Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected
immediately. Uncorrected violations may result in additional
Re-inspections and fees, fines and or administrative action including
