The work involves: in the exact same footprint replace the deck boards, railings, stair furring, and footing replacement is allowed if necessary. '1Thc existing stairs are the closest to the wetland at 53 feet. A dumpster shall be stored on the paved driveway. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Comnussion and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the; applicant/homeowner. All work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Piling Including: Application Checklist with supporting narrative and attachments, received 07-19-23 Annotated Aerial Map As-Built Plan The following,conditions are hereby inandated: CONDITIONS: 1. Prior to work commencing, the homeowner: shall have an 8" diameter straw wattle sock installed between the deck and wetland (in the lawn area so as to allow enough room for the contractor to maneuver within the work area but still fully envelope the work to properly protect the wetland) and schedule an on--site pre-construction erecting with the contractor and the Conservation Department to inspect installation and review the scope of work and conditions of this approval. 25 Cranberry Lane—Small project permit Approval Category B Page 1 of 2 2. If footings need to be replaced, the contractor sliall inform the Conservation Departinent as to style of footings, rneans and methods of installation and ,in), excess soil shall be removed from site and disposed of properly. 3. Post-construction inspection shall be scheduled with the Conservation Department to verify cOrYiplialicc and approve removal of the inulch sock. 4. This permit shall expire otit-year.,from the date of issuance. The applicant, homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the prope rty is allowed under this permit.
