Applicant party: Karen Burke (wife), Geraldine Elliot, Gary Wentworth (standing in for contractor) 7:06pm - Harry calls meeting. The application indicates a siding change, but the details indicate that there are further alteration to be made including the window trim and corner boards. Applicant is asked the following series of questions to articulate these details. 1. What is the current clapboard exposure and what will be used to replace? A: There is currently a 4" exposure that will be replaced with 4" clapboard vinyl siding. 2. What are the current dimensions of the sill nose and what will be used to replace?A: There is currently a 2" sill nose that will be replaced with a 2" historic sill nose. 3. What are the current window trim dimensions and what will be used to replace? A: The current window trim is 5/4 x about 5 %2. It will be replaced with 5/4 x 6 j-channel casings that will be planed to match the existing size. 4. What are the dimensions of the current window cap and what will be used to replace? A: There is currently a tapered bullnose window cap. It will be replaced by mounting a piece of trim board above the window and mounting a tapered bullnose on top of it to match the current dimensions. 5. What are the dimensions of the corner boards and what will be used to replace them? A: The corner boards are 5/4 x 6 and will be replaced with corner boards matching these dimensions. The insured will also be correcting the windows on the reach which were previously replaced incorrectly. The applicant has sufficiently answered each question and modifications have been made to the application. Jerry Wilson made a motion to accept the proposal as modified in the attached documents.
