Present Board Members: Harry Aznoian, Jerry Wilson, Tim True, Justin Lafond
6:15pm: J. Wilson motions to open the meeting, seconded by T. True. T. True motions to
change the order of applicants with Dawn's Sign Tech being first, seconded by J. Wilson
Applicant#1
Alisha Etheridge, Dawn's Sign Tech

Applicant explains proposed project. Awning will be left blank until the tenant creates the design
and logo. Tenant will reapply for certificate to alter once ready. V36" will be same size and font
as other suite numbers.
6:19pm: J. Wilson motions to approve, seconded by T. True. All voting members vote in favor of
approving the application as is.
Applicant#2
Peter Graziani
19-29 E Water St, North Andover, MA 01845
Applicant explains proposed project. Front porch siding will be sided straight across in the
same manner as the building, and as was done on neighboring building. Siding will be installed
over the existing siding with 6" corner boards, and flashing to cover trim. Applicant plans to
paint existing doors white and replace brick steps with granite block. New black railing,
consistent with current railings will be installed.
6:33pm: H. Aznoian motions to approve. All voting members vote in favor of approving
application as is.
Applicant 2 also plans to build an additional three garage stalls onto the existing garage behind
the building. All will have same doors and light fixtures. Entire six stalls will have matching
siding and trim to house. Facade across top of building will be continued across to the new
addition and roof slope will stay the same.
6:38pm: T. True motions to approve. All voting members vote in favor of approving application
as is.

7:04pm: H. Aznoian notes that board member Justin Lafond recuses himself from voting.
Applicant explains proposed project. Front arch window to left of front door will be replaced with
rectangle window with two horizontal grids, creating three equal panes. Front deck boards will
be replaced with PVC and railings will be removed.
7:21pm: H. Aznoian motions to approve. All eligible voting members vote in favor or approving
application as is.
7:22pm: Meeting adjourned
