6:45pm - B. Zelitch calls meeting to order, seconded by T. True.
Application 1 - 57 High Street
Applicant- Michele Smith and Susan O'Dell
T. True motions to open meeting for 57 High Street, seconded by B. Zelitch
Application is a continuation of prior meeting. Application shows mock up of left and right side
letter signs in all caps with finish as close to existing as possible.
6:52pm - Motion to pass as proposed. All in favor 4-0.
Application 2 - 22 Bixby Avenue
Applicant: Mike Bedard of HiTech
6:54pm - T. True motions to open meeting for 57 High Street, seconded by B. Zelitch
Applicant describes project including strip exisiting siding and replace with vinul Cedar
Impressions on front and Monogram 4" clapboard on sides and rear.
Specific details about architectural elements were not in the presentation. Applicant requests
continuation to next week.
Application 3 - 70 Elm Street
Applicant- AT&T
7:08pm - T. True motions to open the meeting, seconded by B. Zelitch
Applicant discussed coverage areas and purpose for selecting the proposed location.
Dimensions of pole and antenna height were discussed. Discussed the proposed equipment
cabinet and it's dimensions. Alternative would be to remove the interior equipment inside and
enclose in smaller boxes, and paint the boxes brown. An example was shown from Oak Bluffs,
MA. Will need to request continuance.

Application 4 - 35 Bixby Avenue
Applicant - Justin Lafond
7:45pm - T. True motions to open the meeting, seconded by H. Aznoian.
Proposed changes to existing certificate to alter having front steps wrap from front around left
side of front deck. Also increase steps from 2 boards to 3.
7:58pm - H. Aznoian motions to approve, seconded by T. True. All vote in favor 3-0.
8:04pm - Discussed courtesy letter/email from RSG attorneys about Wiley Court parking.
8:04pm - J. Lafond motions to adjourn meeting, seconded by T. True.
