6:27pm - T. True calls meeting to order, seconded by H. Aznoian.

T. True motions to open meeting, seconded by J. Lafond.
Applicant is proposing solar panels on the east facing/left side, front section of roof.
H. Aznoian proposed the inverter be installed inside which the applicant and contractor agreed
to.
Discussion ensued regarding the placement of the panels, if back roof is an option, and the
color of the roof. Applicant stated that placement on the back roof would not produce an
equivalent amount of energy due to the tree behind the property. The insured is open to
shingling with black shingles to mask the appearance of the panels.
It was determined a continuance would be necessary for the board to research options.
7:15pm - Applicant requested a continuance.
7:27pm - T. True motions to approve 1/18/2023 meeting minutes, seconded by J. Lafond. All
members vote in favor.
7:32pm - T. True motions to adjourn meeting, seconded by J. Lafond. All members in favor.
