TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Special Permit--Lot/Slope Exception under
Sections 8.10 and 103 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw to
permit the alteration of slope areas in connection with the
construction of a 138,810 square foot continuing care retirement
facility, parking, landscaping and other improvements on the land
known and numbered as 1275 Turnpike Street for which
Continuing Care Retirement Center and Site Plan Review Special
Perynits have been issued previously.
