At its September 13, 2023 meeting, the Conservation Commission voted to issue a Partial
Certificate of Compliance to release Subdivision Lot#16, now 140 Colonial Avenue, from the
subject Order of Conditions. The Commission finds that, based on the approved plans and local
knowledge of this site, this particular Lot does not contain wetlands or associated buffer zones
and therefore is not subject to Conservation Commission wetland permitting jurisdiction.
