No issues were noted. Inspection report is attached. Before issuing a Certificate of Compliance please note that the non-traditional system used at this location has some requirements: • A deed notice indicating the presence of the Enviro-Septic system needs to be recorded on the deed and a copy of this provided • The designer and installer are to certify that the system was built in compliance with the terms of the DEP approval for the non-traditional system used I have let the designer know about these items and suggest you hold off on issuance of a Certificate of Compliance until they are tended to. Please note there are two items in the approval which would need to be complied with before issuance of a DSCP to a licensed installer.
