Re-Inspection
Dear Lexus Scott,
On March 1, 2021 Stephen Casey performed an inspection of your residence at 34 Main
St, Unit 4, North Andover, MA. The inspection was conducted at your request and performed in
accordance with 105 CMR 410.000: Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation (the
"Code").
A notice to correct was subsequently issued on March 1, 2021 by Stephen Casey.
After several attempts, we have not received a response to schedule a reinspection. If
you do not contact my office within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter, the Board of Health
will assume that all violations have been corrected, and the case will be closed.
