In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11, the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Site Plan Review Special Permit under Section 8.3
& 10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicants seek a
permit to construct 77,500 Sq. Ft. of retail space with site
improvements
