The addendum is being issued in response to comments from the Site Plan peer review consultant,MHF Engineering,and the Notice of Intent peer review consultant,Eggleston Environmental. In response to comments the following revisions to the site plan set have been made and additional information provided herein: ➢ The detention pond has been increased in size to provide more storage volume in order to reduce the 100-year storm event headwater elevation in the detention pond(HW(100)=127.6 and the top of the pond is at elevation 128.7). The Hydrocad analysis Sheets are attached to this memo. ➢ The increase in storage volume in the detention pond has resulted in an additional decrease in peak flows from the pond as seen in table 1 of the memorandum. ➢ Additional information has been provided on the Stormtech recharge chambers on sheet C- 13 of the revised Site Plan set. ➢ Information has been provided regarding the operation of the underdrain in the detention pond. > The pre and post development stormwater runoff volumes have been provided in table 2. > A summary of the first flush analysis has been clarified on sheet C-13 of the Site Plan Detail Sheets.
