Previously, there was a request to continue the public hearing before the Planning Board until their October 3, 2023 meeting. This continuance would allow for you to present to the Conservation Commission at their September 27, 2023 meeting. I now understand that the applicant did not present to the Commission on this date. At the September 19, 2023 Planning Board meeting I Informed the Board that it was anticipated that you would be before the Commision on Sept. 27 and it Is anticipated that new Information would be available for the October 3rd Planning Board meeting. The Chair's response was that if there Is no new Information to present at the October 3rd meeting he would like the applicant to withdraw the application. I am sure the Board would entertain a withdrawal without prejudice request so that you could reapply within a two year period. Please let me know your thoughts.
