There are 5 bay doors that will be used for his Roofing business, an HVAC contractor, an Electrician contractor and one other trade (that I didn't write down). He said all trucks would be kept inside. I cautioned him that those businesses are not typically considered Professional Offices or Personal Services businesses and that you would have to confirm that those uses are allowed within the CDD1 zoning district. Please let me know if contractor bays are a permitted use within the CDD1 zoning district and, if so, what the parking requirements are. A 2" copper line was installed for domestic water use; a 6" ductile iron line was installed for a fire sprinkler system; and a 6" PVC line was installed for a future sewer connection. These stubs can probably be used to avoid work in the roadway. Attached are the water and sewer tie cards for these stubs.
