Observed tomato soup, chicken and rice soup, and broccoli cheddar soup all in steam table at 143°F, 160°F, and 168°F respectively. Observed low-temperature warewashing machine dispensing 100ppm of bleach sanitizer via readily available testing strips. Observed cleaner/sanitizer in labeled bucket with concentration in compliance via readily available testing strips. Observed foods in walk-in freezer to be frozen solid. Discussion Observed hood sticker in compliance, next service due in February 2024.
