Applicant is requesting a height of 47.1 Feet.A relief of 12,1 Feet in height is requested for building 1 .Building 2 height is 46.9 feet
.Height allowed in R-3 zoning is 35 feet.A relief of 11,9 is requested by the applicant.
The above review and attached explanation of such is based on the plans and information submitted. No definitive review and or advice shall be based on
verbal explanations by the applicant nor shall such verbal explanations by the applicant serve to provide definitive answers to the above reasons for Any
inaccuracies,misleading information,or other subsequent changes to the information submitted by the applicant shall be grounds for this review to be
voided at the discretion of the Building Department.The attached document titled"Plan Review Narrative"shall be attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference. The building department will retain all plans and documentation for the above file.You must file a new permit application form and
begin the permitting process.

Hi Paul- I hope you are doing well- In preparing the zoning applications for
Merrimack College I noted that your denial form referenced only the 47.1' building
but not the 46.9' building- see attached- I understand that a building permit was
applied for both buildings- so that there no question as to the relief needed 1
requested and what is published for the relief I would appreciate your adding the
46.9' building to the denial as well. I'm happy to discuss this with you if you have
any questions.
