�• We, Matthew Rae, being married, of North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts,
for consideration paid and in full consideration of Five Hundred Seventy Thousand and
001100 ($570,000.00) Dollars,
grants to Beverly Ann Spicer, unmarried, now of 39 Richardson Avenue, North Andover,
MA 01845
with Quitclaim Covenants,
The land in North Andover, with the buildings thereon, bounded and described as
follows:
Northeasterly by Richardson Avenue, ninety-four and 521100 (94.52') feet;
Southeasterly by land now or formerly of the Stone Estate, eighty-five and 16/100
(85.16') feet;
Southwesterly by land now or formerly of Martha Morris, ninety-two and 941100
(92.94') feet and
CSC Northwesterly by land nor or formerly of said Morris, eight-five and 451100 (85.45')
(NO feet.
Said land is shown as the larger portions of Lot I and Lot J on a plan entitled, "Plan of
Lots I, J, K. L and M, belonging to George E. Wilson, North Andover, May 1922, H.H.
Smith Engineer,' which plan is reworded with the North Essex Registry of Deed as Plan
0531, Book 456, P. 600.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to Grantor by Deed
dated September 26, 2012 and recorded at the Essex County (Northern District)
Registry of Deeds in Book 13138, Page 19.
Grantor, along with grantor's spouse Katie J. Rae hereby release any and all
Homestead rights which they may have in the premises, and certify under the pains and
penalties of perjury that there are no other person or persons entitled to claim
Homestead rights to the within premises pursuant to Chapter 188 of the Massachusetts
General Laws
