Smith Engineer,' which plan is reworded with the North Essex Registry of Deed as Plan 0531, Book 456, P. 600. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to Grantor by Deed dated September 26, 2012 and recorded at the Essex County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 13138, Page 19.
