PROJECT
On September 1,2015 the Planning Board approved a Definitive Subdivision Plan to allow for the
construction of a seven(7)lot subdivision,including the construction of a roadway with a cul-de-sac,the
installation of stormwater management infrastructure,the installation of underground utilities,septic
systems,connections to town water,site grading and the designation of 11.9 acres of Open Space in the
R-I Zoning District.
On August 3,2018,The Applicant requested the following changes to the September 1,2015 Definitive
Subdivision Plan Notice of Decision:
1) In lieu of constructing Pond 8P located on Lot 5 (45 Wellington way),a I foot deep by 2 foot wide j
crushed stone trench will be constructed as per Christiansen&Sergi's July 30th correspondence. !

2) Pond 8P, located on Lot 5 (45 Wellington)will be regraded and made flat. This area will be loamed I
and seeded to stabilize it.
3) Berms will be constructed at the beginning of the driveways at Lot 4(# 51 Wellington),Lot 5(#45
Wellington),and Lot 6(#37 Wellington)to keep surface stormwater in the road,and to maintain the 1
gutter line. i
These changes have been reviewed by the Town Engineer has also reviewed these changes and has
deemed appropriate. The Town Engineer must be notified as to the date of the final paving. All changes
must be noted in the final as-built which will be submitted to the Planning Board.
FINDINGS
The proposed changes are deemed to be Insubstantial and do not alter either the intent or the conditions of
the original Definitive Subdivision Plan.
All plan revisions will be reflected on the final as-built drawings.
