HomeMy WebLinkAbout2015-09-01 Insubstantial Change 10/15/2018 -_ems'—e-eg—`�c.:.��L� � ��9,�►e� e_e Town of North Andover j Office of the Planning Department Community Development Division 120 Main Street North Andover, Massachusetts 01845 NOTICE OF DECISION(INSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE) Date of Decision: October 15,2018 i i { Petition of: Messina Development 277 Washington Stret Groveland,MA 01834 Premises Affected: 602 Boxford Street(Map 105C,Lot 22) j North Andover,MA PROJECT On September 1,2015 the PIanning Board approved a Definitive Subdivision Plan to allow for the construction of a seven(7)lot subdivision, including the construction of a roadway with a cul-de-sac,the installation of stormwater management infrastructure,the installation of underground utilities,septic systems,connections to town water,site grading and the designation of 11.9 acres of Open Space in the R-1 Zoning District. The stormwater management system included an infiltration pond noted as Pond I on the plan entitled i "Definitive PRD Subdivision Plan of Wellington Woods"Dated August 10,2015.On September I9, 2018,the Project Engineer submitted a request for a modification to the infiltration design to the Town Engineer,John Borgesi,proposing the installation of Stormtech SC-310 Chamber Infiltration system designed to improve stormwater infiltration within the cul-de-sac. The Town Engineer has expressed j satisfaction with the revised design. (See the attached email from John Borgesi dated October 9,2018). FINDINGS The proposed changes are deemed to be Insubstantial and do not alter either the intent or the conditions of the original Definitive Subdivision Plan.
