Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the
North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA on Tuesday, May 09, 2023 at 7:30
p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Zendko,LLC for property at 122 Millpond,Lot 1 (Map
095.A,Parcel 122),North Andover,MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District.
The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section
195-4.3.N(1)(b) and subsection N(4)Two-family dwellings,by special permit in accordance with Section
195-10.7 of this Bylaw for the purpose of constructing a new two-family residential structure.
Specifically,Applicant has requested to raze the existing tennis courts and construct a new two-family
structure on the vacant lot.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department
located at 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA on Monday,Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of
8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday from the hours of 8:00
a.m.-11:30 a.m.
