H.Aznoian motions to start meeting,seconded by T.True.
Members approve 3-0.
H.Aznoian motions to open public hearing to alter at 45 Elm St.,seconded by T.True.
Members approve 3-0.
Mark Gotobed explained the proposed project at 45 Elm St. Intent to to repair/replace 2 sets of stairs leading to the
front porch.
H.Aznoian expresses concern with the proposed post caps.M. Gotobed states that the information in the packet is
outdated. The post caps will be gauged and replaced with like caps.
H Aznoian asks for clarification regarding replace/repair to the metal rails.
M. Gotobed stated the existing railings will be replaced due to condition. The existing railings will be used as a
template to manufacture new railings.
H.Aznoian raises concerns with changes to the railing height and the stair risers while maintaining the historical
elements,and meeting the current building code.
After some discussion between all present parties H.Azonian proposes a continuance motion to review the matter
more and possibly include the building inspector.
T.True seconds the motion.Members approve 3-0
M. Gotobed agrees and submits a formal written continuance request to J. Lafond.
H Aznoian motions to approve minutes from the 11/01/23 meeting. Second by T.True.At this time the commitee
realiizes we do not have the previous meeting minutes in our approval package. These minutes for for this meeting
will be included in the approval package at the next meeting.
H.Aznoian motions to close the meeting. Second by T.True Members approve 3-0
