The house is different but smaller than proposed on the definitive plan but it is located as shown on the site plan submitted to the building inspector. The infiltration area in the northwest area of the lot is smaller than the originally proposed area so we have shown another infiltration area at the end of the driveway so that the total infiltration area is as originally proposed. While different than the originally proposed design approved in the PRD the proposed modification is within the design parameters of the PRD in terms of the grading, meeting zoning requirements and stormwater requirements.
