Phil: So I will take this email as your certification that the lot is still in compliance with the conditions of the decision
although the infiltration area has moved and that there will be no issues with drainage on the lot or into the subdivision,
In order for the homeowner to move forward with the pool he still needs a sign off from Messina in order to comply with
the Restrictive Covenant placed on the Subdivision,

The house location, septic system and driveway on the pool plan are as-built conditions. The house is different but
smaller than proposed on the definitive plan but it is located as shown on the site plan submitted to the building
inspector. The infiltration area in the northwest area of the lot is smaller than the originally proposed area so we have
shown another infiltration area at the end of the driveway so that the total infiltration area is as originally proposed.
While different than the originally proposed design approved in the PRD the proposed modification is within the design
parameters of the PRD in terms of the grading, meeting zoning requirements and stormwater requirements.

location and driveway location to be the same either, It looks like we would need this to be reviewed by the Stormwater
Consultant before signing off on the permit.
