Sewer lines shall be PVC and not HDPE as shown on the plan, and shall be installed per DPW Specifications. 2. Old water and sewer lines are to be abandoned at the Town's main lines. This will require a Mass DOT Street Opening Permit and Town Street Opening Permit. 3. New water line connections shall be live taps, not cut-in connections. 4. A sewer mitigation fee will apply based on the design flow for each new building.
