Clark Gotobed of Nexus 11 services represented the continued bearing for a certificate to alter
45 Elm St.
He said existing stairs will have to be taken off and pressure treated.
He would like to preserve the existing rails, which is different from the original request.
Everything else is the same from last time.
He said they will be replaced in kind. The finial will be red cedar.
The metal rails may date from the 1 oo' .
H. Aznolan made a motion to accept replacing the right hand stain maintaining existing metal
rails in kind.
Will maintain the metal rails which are perhaps from 1 oo's.

Nadine Levin spoke on signage for Pipe Dreams cupcakes.
Several commissioners questioned whether the side sign would cover a pre-existing side
architectural structure. Currently, the structure is not in place so it it difficult to tell. The drmdings
did not specify the exact measurements of the sign height.
B. Zelitch, motion to continue the bearing until the architectural feature 1s replaced and we have
a cut sheet with measurements.
Continue meeting to figure signs.
