Based on the narrative the existing catch basins on site will be pumped dry and hoods will be installed in each catch basin. I offer the following comments and would ask that Jennifer weigh in also from a conservation and BMP maintenance side in case there are any other BMP's that should be added to the O&M Plan given the proximity of the site to wetlands: 1. Based on the project narrative all catch basins will be pumped dry and environmental hoods will be installed. In addition to pumping dry all catch basins should also be cleaned at this time once construction activities are completed i and documented and then environmental hoods installed on each discharge pipe within each catch basin. 2. The Stormwater Maintenance O&M Plan shall be updated to include the following: 1. Catch Basins All catch basins on-site shall be inspected a minimum of 4 times a year and cleaned out a minimum of once a year or when the sump is 50%full."
