These plans are the same final plans which were approved and endorsed in October 2003 per the attached correspondence from October 2"4(VHB) and 3`d(Meetinghouse Commons LLC), 2003. i I will forward to you on Thursday a memo addressing any outstanding pre-construction conditions with the intent of satisfying those conditions prior to the October 12 meeting, so that unit construction can begin as individual building permit plans are subsequently reviewed by your office and issued an individual building permit.
