Construction update
All coming along nicely. They are making good progress.
Floor Discrepancy
The Town used the existing survey. It was verified by surveyor for second floor. It was always the design intent on
first floor to ramp down at addition but design intent on second floor was seamless transition. General contractor
never verified the elevations as required by the design documents and there is discrepancy of 5 Y.inches-existing
building higher than the addition. They will have ramp to fix the discrepancy. It was Hutter's fault. Not considered
a major error or design change.
What can we do compensation wise for us not getting what we want?
Jim Mealey—it's a large concession on our part and we should receive compensation for that as project
progresses.
