PIC unable to provide most recent pest control reports. PIC to clean and sanitize affected areas and continue to work with pest control company to prevent and eliminate evidence of pest activity. PIC to ensure most recent copies of pest control reports are maintained on site for future inspections. **RE-INSPECTION** NO EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY OBSERVED. PIC PROVIDED MOST RECENT PEST CONTROL REPORT FROM "Al EXTERMINATORS" DATING 4/10/24. REPORT STATES SETTING TRAPS THROUGHOUT AND NOT OBSERVING ANY ACTIVITY. 6-501 .111 REGULATION: Item 38 Insects, rodents, and animals not present -- Pests Free of Verified 04/12/24 OBSERVATION: Observed spoon used for portioning clams in glass display refrigerator stored with handle facing down and making direct contact with clams. PIC to ensure that is if-use utensils are stored inside containers of food, that the handles are maintained facing up. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED IN-USE UTENSIL PROPERLY STORED. 3-304 .12 REGULATION: Item 43 In - use utensils properly stored -- In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Verified 04/12/24 OBSERVATION: Observed interior of hood system with accumulation of soil. PIC to ensure nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment are cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED INTERIOR OF HOOD SYSTEM IN CLEAN CONDITION. 4-602 .13 REGULATION: Item 49 Non - food contact surfaces clean -- Nonfood Contact Surfaces Discussion Hood sticker indicates past due. PIC to correct immediately and contact fire department for compliance responsibilities. **RE-INSPECTION** HOOD STICKER DATES 4/6/2024, IN COMPLIANCE. Discussion Observed food permit with an expiration date of 2/28/2024. PIC to obtain current food permit and display in compliance. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED CURRENT FOOD PERMIT DISPLAYED IN COMPLIANCE. In Compliance Observed wiping cloths stored in QAC sanitizer measure 200 ppm via PIC's test strips. Observed halibut filets delivered during inspection at 36°F; crab cakes at 41°F and scallops at 38°F both in glass display refrigerator at point of sale; cooked rice in cabinet of large in line refrigerator at 38°F; clam chowder in walk in refrigerator at 41°F; raw shrimp in "True" refrigerator at 38°F. Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked "Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected immediately. Uncorrected violations may result in additional Re-inspections and fees, fines and or administrative action including possible suspension of permit.
