HomeMy WebLinkAbout2020-02-25 As-Built Certification Letter i i The Mo- rin-Cameron June 6, 2023 Town of North Andover, Planning Board 120 Main Street North Andover, MA 01845 RE: 505 Sutton Street As-Built Plan Dear Members of the Board, On February 25, 2020 the North Andover Planning Board issued a Notice of Decision, Site Plan Review, Multi-Family Housing & Reduction in Parking and Screening and Landscaping Special Permits Modification for the development of 505 Sutton Street. The project is complete and a Certificate of Occupancy is being requested for occupancy of Building #1. Occupancy permits for buildings 2 and 3 have already been granted. All site work has been completed and all site utilities for the project have been installed. Please find enclosed a plan titled "Final As-Built Plan", prepared by MCG dated June 6, 2023. I hereby certify that size and location of all buildings, site landscaping, directional signage, and the site layout substantially comply with the site plans dated May 28, 2019 and revised through January 31, 2020. 1 further certify that the stormwater management structures are functioning as designed. if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
