Phase I of the project has been completed and a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is being requested for occupancy of Building #3, prior to the completion of project. Occupancy permits for buildings 1 and 2 will be requested at a later date once complete. The majority of the site work has been completed and all site utilities for the project have been installed. Please find enclosed a plan titled "Interim As-Built Plan", prepared by MCG dated January 6, 2023. I hereby certify that size and location of building #3, site landscaping, directional signage, and the site layout substantially comply with the site plans dated May 28, 2019 and revised through January 31, 2020. 1 further certify that the storrnwater management structures-are functioning as designed. As required, a full as-built plan and certification letter will be prepared once all work is complete prior to the request for the release of all security and escrowed funds. (MCG) has prepared this certification letter to accompany the plan titled "Interim As-Built Plan", prepared by MCG dated January 6, 2023 to certify the building height of building #3. 1 hereby certify that the height of building 3 is 45.6' based on the as-built adjacent average grade of 170.5' and as-built roof peak elevation of 216.1' (216.1-170.5=45.6).
