HomeMy WebLinkAbout2020-02-25 Phased Occupancy Request Sutton Street Redevelopment, LLC December 1, 2022 Jean Enright North Andover Planning Director Re: 505 Sutton Street request for phased occupancy Dear Jean, As you are aware, Item#67 of the Notice of Decision Site Plan Review for the above project states, "If a phased Certificate of Occupancy schedule is requested the Applicant shall present a phasing schedule to the Planning Board for approval." Please accept this letter and accompanying proposed phasing plan as our request for phased occupancy of the multi-family development underway at 505 Sutton Street. Due to inherent limitations of available labor and space for operations, multi-building construction sites are generally built in a phased approach, and our development is no exception. 7o minimize construction impact on completed areas of the site,the construction approach has been to work from the back of the site to the front. Accordingly, please find below the order and planned timing for completion of the three buildings,and associated landscaping and parking. 495 Sutton Street(building#3): December 15,2022 511 Sutton Street(building#2):January 15, 2023 507 Sutton Street(building#1): February 15, 2023 Prior to applying for occupancy for each building, the life safety systems In that building will be fully ope ratio nal,'the required number of parking spaces will be available, and we will comply with the relevant sections of our decisions, providing the appropriate certifications and paperwork for the same to the Building and Planning Departments.
