The following is a punch list for remaining work for the Orchard Hill Road Subdivision. 1. Submit a Final As-Built Drawing. We have received an Interim As-Built Drawing, which shows some as-built information. However, a Final As-Built is much more extensive. Requirements for the Final As-built Drawing are stated on pages 7 through 9 of the Rules and Regulations. Certain items must be certified by a P.E. or P.L.S., such as stone bound,utilities, drainage, the roadway, and grading. Obviously, it is impossible to inspect some items at this time due to snow and ice. This office will make more inspections this spring.
