The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening
November 8 , 1994 and continued to December 13 , 1994 upon the
application of Willow Tree Development requesting a VARIATION of
Section 7, Paragraph 7 . 2 , Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to
permit relief of 8 . 3 feet from the frontage requirements of
seventy-Five (75) feet. The following members were present and
voting: William J. Sullivan, Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio,
John Pallone and Scott Karpinski. The hearing was advertised in
the North Andover Citizen on October 19 and 26, 1994 and all
abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a Motion by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Pallone, the
Board voted unanimously to GRANT the VARIANCE of 8. 31 feet from
the frontage requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7 . 2 and Table 2
as requested at Lot 4 Nadine Lane.
The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions
of Section 10, Paragraph 10 . 4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that this
variance may be granted without substantial detriment to the
public good and without nullifying or substantially derogating
from the intent or purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
