Verified 01/18/24 OBSERVATION: Observed cleaner bottles and other articles being stored
directly inside of handwashing sink in kitchen at time of inspection. PIC
to ensure handwashing sink is used for handwashing only and remains empty
and accessible for use at all times.
**RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED PLASTIC PITCHER STORED INSIDE OF HANDWASHING
SINK UPON ARRIVAL TO RE-INSPECTION. PIC REMOVED AND RELOCATED PITCHER
DURING TIME OF RE-INSPECTION.
5-205.11-Pf REGULATION: Item 10 Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and
accessible -- Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance
OBSERVATION: Observed visible gap on bottom of door leading outside
adjacent to ice machine. PIC to ensure gap is closed to prevent pests
from entering establishment.
**RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED SAME GAP PRESENT ON BOTTOM OF DOOR LEADING
OUTSIDE ADJACENT TO ICE MACHINE. PIC STATES KICKPLATE TO CLOSE IN GAP
WILL BE INSTALLED TOMORROW (1/19) . WILL VERIFY COMPLIANCE AT NEXT ROUTINE
INSPECTION.
6-202 .15 REGULATION: Item 38 Insects, rodents, and animals not present -- Outer
Openings, Pest Protection
Repeat OBSERVATION: Observed multiple surfaces in kitchen with grease and soil
residues . Areas including but not limited to under mini flat-top grill
and under mini fryers, wall behind flat-top grill and fryers, and on
shelves below prep table and under microwave. PIC to ensure surfaces
mentioned above are cleaned at a frequency necessary to decrease such
accumulations.
**RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED AREA UNDER MINI FLAT-TOP GRILL AND UNDER MINI
FRYERS WITH SLIGHT ACCUMULATION OF FOOD PARTICLES. PIC TO CLEAN AND
SANITIZE AFFECTED AREA. WILL VERIFY COMPLIANCE AT NEXT ROUTINE
INSPECTION.
4-602 .13 REGULATION: Item 49 Non - food contact surfaces clean -- Nonfood Contact
Surfaces
In Compliance Observed sliced cheese in walk-in refrigerator at 40°F.
Observed bleach sanitizer and testing strips available. Observed foods in
single-door freezer to be frozen solid.
Discussion Observed hood sticker in compliance, next service due in
February 2024 .
Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked
"Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected
immediately. Uncorrected violations may result in additional
