I have the following comments regarding this proposed sub-
division:
1 . The street name, Orchard Path, should not be used as there
exists an Orchard Street off Wood Lane and an Orchard Hill
Development Park on Route 125 Osgood Street.
2. The hydrant is properly located on the plan dated August 29 .
3 . Lot numbers shoud be posted during construction.
4. Permanent house numbers should ber posted prior to occupancy.
5 . The street shall have at least a binder coat, prior to
occupancy, to provide access.
6. No open burning is to be permitted except during open burning
season under Fire Department regualtions.
7 . All underground fuel storage must be in compliance with 527
CMR 9 Fire Department regulations and the town zoning by-law
4. 133 (2) .
8 . A street sign approved by the Highway Surveyor with the appro-
priate street name should be posted at the intersection of
Dale Street and Orchard Path.

Re: Orchard Path Estates - DEQE #242-324
The NACC received and approved the proposed changes to the Coventry Estates
(1) Subdivision as per the attached and additional-Order-of Conditions. As
noted in Condition No. 32, however, we consider the wetlands shown on the
original plans (overall Plan Coventry Estates, dated July 1985, revised
November 8, 1985) to be the correct wetland delineation. Further we will
require a Request For Determination and/or Notice of Intent for Lots I
through 9 of Orchard Path Estates (Condition No. 33) and the detailed design
for the roadway, drainage, and erosion control needs to be submitted to us
for review and approval prior to start of construction (Condition #34) .

Dear rich:
I have reviewed plan and make the following recommendations:
1. All curb requirements to be slapped granite edging instead
of hottop. Especially on 6/ grade.
2. crown to be 3/81, per foot.
3. Binder chat of hottop to be 28 ft. and grades of less than
6°
4. All drainage:-rateh basins and manhole units to be 811 re-
inforced with cone top. All brick to be clay -type.
5. All shoulder areas to be 8' with a %" per foot grade
from edge of pavement or curb -tip.
6. Drainage easements to be granted continuances through
subdivision.
7. Name should be looked into for conflict.
S will be at your meeting this evening for further discussion
if you wish.

Z have reviewed the plans and visited the site for this proposed
subdivision and have the following comments :
1 . For the same reasons given in my letter of October 9 the name
Orchard Path should not be used in any way for this develop-
ment.

The changes shown on the revised plans, dated November 11,
1986, do not appear to be of any major concern, however,
the NACC suggests that the filing be re-opened for a
Public Hearing to 1) evaluate the new information 2)
to possibly eliminate the need for the filing of nine
determinations.
The NACC will require additional information)ie, , the
new plan does not show wetlands or the proposed house
locations.
