You will note that we have located the 12f1 reinforced concrete drain pipe formerly located between lots 5 and 6 to a new location now on the westerly boundry of lot 6. The purpose of this re- vision is to make better use of the topography which presently exists. The purpose of this memorandum is to alert the Planning Board of this change. However, T do object to the manner that the work was done and the fact that the developer would have a big problem if the plans were not accept- able, at this time. 1 will explain by going back several months ago when it was noted that due to the grade changes, the development could not be done according to approved plan. 1 met with the contractor and also contacted -the engineers office so that we could make a determina- tion on a redesign. At that time, T assumed that a redesign would be submitted to be approved. Instead of this happening the next thing T know drainage work has been done according to a new design. Fortunately for the developer T see no problems as far as grades or redesign but I will not approve the as built drainage until a thorough inspection is made and any, as built problems, are corrected. `the next time any changes should be made and approved before any actual site work is done.
