Dear Mike,
i have made an inspection of this subdivision and would
make the following report and list of items to be completed:
1 . Headwalls not acceptable.
2. Needs riprap at all drainage out falls.B ainage
channels need cleaning and grading.
3. Stone bounds to be installed.. (6" bounds set flush)
4. Street dign and steel post.
5. There is a good deal of patching to be done on binder
hottop where there are fractures or breakage. (6" of
hottop required in patching with all edges cut back
and cleaned and emulsified.
6. Basins to be adjusted and finish coat of hottop to be
applied with a 3/8" minimum crown. The finish hottop
thickness should be 2" to make up for binder damage.
7. Shoulder area and loam area are not according to plan.
All areas to be regraded and seeded.
8. Driveway entries do not comply with Driveway Entry By-
Law. No permits were taken out for any of these drive-
ways other than #59 Paddock Lane. (permit taken Aug.20,1982)
Z would suggest that whom ever is going to be doing this work
should have good communication with me so that all of this work
will be done in the proper manner with all items being inspected. 1
will be at your meeting Monday evening to discuss this further if
you wish.

Dear Mr . Follansbee :
Back on April 4 , 1985 you sent a letter to the Planning
Board requesting an itemized list of remaining work to be com-
pleted on Easy Street and Paddock Lane . Subsequent to your
request , the Board provided you with a letter from the highway
Department -detailing items to be completed in both subdivisions .
It is our expectation that you intend to fully complete all
of the work specified in a timely fashion. However , to my
knowledge there has been little if any work conducted in either
subdivision. Obviously this is the ' ideal ' time to finish up
the remaining work.
The Board will be placing these two subdivisions on their.
August 19 , 1985 agenda , whereby a review of your progress will
be discussed . Your attendance is requested .

Dear Mr. Follansbee:
On duly 17th the Planning Board sent you a letter (see attached)
requesting your attendance at our August 19, 1985 meeting to discuss the
above referenced subdivision.
The fact that you neither attended the meeting nor forwarded a status
report, the Board assumed that you are disinterested in completing both
projects. However, it is my understanding that you intend to meet-with
Mr. Cyr on-site to finalize the items outstanding.
To expedite their completion, we would anticipate that the remair;ing
work to be done will commence prior to our next meeting on September 9th.
There is no reason why these two subdivisions cannot be signed off prior
to the setting in of the Winter season,
Your attendance is requested at the September 9th meeting, whereby
the Planning Board will take definitive action subject to your status report,

At the Planning Board meeting of September 9th the Town
Planner reported on the site visits to Paddock Estates and Abbott
Meadows . with the Highway Surveyor. -Several items were brought to
our attention that need to„be completed in order to release the
lots under covenant .
A 30 day limitation has been placed on these two subdivisions
which we feel is a reasonable time frame. Therefore, the final
completion date is October 10,. 1985 .
Please be advised that the Board did note to instruct Town
Counsel to exercise the covenant unless the work is completed
within 30 days.

delay do to a legal problem RE: removal of a stone wall placed on the

I cannot find a good reason why all work associated
with this street could not have been completed by this
