Dear Ms ViceDomine:
Please be advised that we have tentatively scheduled a public
hearing to be held on February 19 , 1988, for the purpose of reviewing
the Definitive Subdivision proposal for Millco Realty .
The Planning Board must hold the hearing on February 18th since
your letter dated December 1 , 1987 granted the Board a thirty (30) day
extension to hold the hearing beyond the mandatory sixty (60) days as
required by statue .
If the meeting on February 18th presents your firm and Mi. lico
Realty real and practical difficulties in supplying the required
information for a public hearing , the Board would entertain an
additional extension for up to thirty ( 30) days .

meeting, voted to accept your extension request .for ninety ( 90 )
days from September 2 , 1988 . The extension will allow your client
to complete his plans prior to holding the public hearing on the
Milco Subdivision.
The Board took this action in order to allow a revised subdivision
plan to be prepared which will minimize impact to the wetlands
found on site and to extend public facilities into this area of the
Town.

17 , 1988 meeting voted to accept your extension request for the above
cited definitive subdivision.
The extension is for ninety ( 90) days from December 1 , 1988
(March 1 , 1989) . The .Planning Board emphasized that this project has
been carried over for a year and that this extension will be the last
one issued by the Board.

Re : Milco Realty Definitive Subdivision Extension
Dear Mr. Fitzgibbons :
The Planning Board during their February 1.6 , 1989 meeting voted to
accept your extension request on the above cited project until March 31 ,
1989 . The reason for granting this extension is to allow time for your
client to reach a final purchase and sale agreement with a second party
and to allow additional engineering work to be prepared for the project.
The Board will be prepared to vote a decision on this matter
during their March 16 , 1989 meeting, unless the following progress is
made on this project:
1 . A final purchase and sale agreement is signed by both
parties and substantial agreements are in place to proceed
in a timely manner on this project.
2 . Initial review of the two subdivision plans and the total
amount of wetland disruption called for under both proposals
( re : The Forest Street connection or the looped roadway
between the wetlands ) .
The Board also needs to know if you want them to vote on the plan
before them, and allow you to apply for a definitive modification in the
future . 1 recommend that the Board vote on the current plans during
their March 16 , 1989 meeting upon publishing a new public notice of the
hearing in the Citizen on March 2 , 1989 .

Dear Chairman and Board Members ,
Representing my mother Ida A. Miller before her passing
away back in 1988 , I had worked closely with Mr. Christiansen
to work out plans feasible for a subdivision.
Within these plans contains my back land which was never
transferred to make up the subdivision; and I don' t see it
happening in the near future now that the land has gone into
the estate.
What I am objecting to is that these plans are no longer
valid.
Your cooperation and patience was greatly appreciated.
