The reason for granting this extension is to allow time for your client to reach a final purchase and sale agreement with a second party and to allow additional engineering work to be prepared for the project. Miller before her passing away back in 1988 , I had worked closely with Mr. Christiansen to work out plans feasible for a subdivision. Within these plans contains my back land which was never transferred to make up the subdivision; and I don' t see it happening in the near future now that the land has gone into the estate.
