The reason for granting this extension is to allow time for your client to reach a final purchase and sale agreement with a second party and to allow additional engineering work to be prepared for the project. The Board will be prepared to vote a decision on this matter during their March 16 , 1989 meeting, unless the following progress is made on this project: 1 . A final purchase and sale agreement is signed by both parties and substantial agreements are in place to proceed in a timely manner on this project. 2 . Initial review of the two subdivision plans and the total amount of wetland disruption called for under both proposals ( re : The Forest Street connection or the looped roadway between the wetlands ) . The Board also needs to know if you want them to vote on the plan before them, and allow you to apply for a definitive modification in the future . 1 recommend that the Board vote on the current plans during their March 16 , 1989 meeting upon publishing a new public notice of the hearing in the Citizen on March 2 , 1989 . Miller before her passing away back in 1988 , I had worked closely with Mr. Christiansen to work out plans feasible for a subdivision. Within these plans contains my back land which was never transferred to make up the subdivision; and I don' t see it happening in the near future now that the land has gone into the estate.
