Pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 41, ss. 81 0 and 81 U, the original
of the plan described below, together with four copies thereof, is herewith
submitted to you for approval under the subdivision control law. A copy of the
same has this day also been submitted to the North Andover Board of Health

A parcel, of land, 500 in width, lying on the northerly side of Rea Street
between the properties of Barrett and Nata_li, and running 50t for a total,
of 3001 in lengths and then comprising 7 lots, all containing in excess
of the minimum 44..000 sq. ft. lot requirements.

The North Andover Planning Board has voted to APPROVE said plan, subject► to the
following conditions:
1. That the record owners of the subject land forthwith
execute and record a "covenant running with the land", or otherwise provide
security jof. the. construction of ways and the installation of 'municip&l services
within said subdivision, all as provided by G.L. c. 41, s. 81 U.
2. That all such construction and installations shall in all
respects conform to the governing rules and regulations of this Board.
3. That, as required by the North Andover Board of Health in
its report to this Board, no building or other structure shall be built or placed
upon Lots
as shown on said Plan without the prior consent of said Board of Health.
4. Other conditions: See additional conditions as
listed on Decision dated July 12$ 1967.
In-the event' that no appeal 'shall have been taken from said approval within
twenty days from this date, the North Andover Planning Board will forthwith
thereafter Andorse its formal approval upon said plan,
