seven acres and four square 'moles, more or less, situated in said
North. Andover, on the westerly s:ido of the 't;alem Turnpike" so-
called, bounded and doseribed as follows; Beginning at the south-
easterly corner thereof by said Turnpike and land now or formerly
of Enoch Frye; thence by said Turnpike northwesterly 37 rods and
19 links to a stake and stones by other land now or formerly of
said Frye; thence westerly by said 'rye ' s land 31 rods and 20
links to a stake and stones by the road loading from Enoch 'rye' s
to Daniel nears; thence by said road. southoostorly G rods; thence
more southerly 13 rods; thence still more southerly 17 rods and
15 links, all by Said road to land now or formerly of Enoch Frye;

The North Andover Planning Board has voted to APPROVE said plan, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That the record owners of the subject land forthwith
execute and record a "covenant running with the land", or otherwise provide
security for the construction of ways and the installation of municipal services
within said subdivision, all as provided by G.L. c. 41, s. 81 Ue
2. That all such construction and installations shall in all
respects conform to the governing rules and regulations of this Board.
3. That, as required by the North Andover Board of Health in
its report to this Board, no building or other structure shall be built or placed
upon Lots
as shown on said Plan without the prior consent of said Board of Health.
4. Other conditions: That water and sewer will be according
to the rules and regulations of the Board of Public Works.
5. That surface drains and street bounds must be installed. The roadway shall
ce-nsist of 2" binder and 1" wearing surface$ hot—tope and constructed in accordance
with other requirements under the Subdivision Rules and Regulations of the Planning
Board. Proper street signs must be installed.
6. Must comply with the Board of Fire Engineers' requirements as to the fire
alarm system.
In the event that no appeal shall have been taken from said approval within
twenty days from this date, the North Andover Planning Board will forthwith
thereafter endorse its formal approval upon said plan.
