First of all., the road has been completed up to rough grade and the installation of sub-drainage. Things seem to be progressing quite well. Other items I would like are: 1. All drainage easements to be deeded to the Town of North Andover and to run continuous through the sub-division. 2. Hottop thickness to be 211 binder and V91 finish coat. 3. Berm to be required where and if needed. 4. 3/811 per foot crown on road finish. 5. Gravel overlap to be flush with finish course of hottop. 6. Approval of indivi- dual lots is withheld at this time pending percolation tests, soil data, and final designs on each lot. This sub-division was originally laid out prior to the 1974 Rules and ReVl.a.tions of the Board of Health. Attention is called to the 100 foot set back for leaching systems as related to drain lines and surface water.
