-:'Pursuant to the provisions .of G.I.,b.c '419 81 U. we, JOSEPH J. FLYNN AND
_ PAULINE FLYNN, husband- and wife_, of North Andover, Essex County,
Commonwealth of Massachusette, being the owners of that tract of land in
said North Andover shown on that plan of land entitled "SPINNING WHEEL
ESTATES", JOSEPH J. AND PAULINE FLYYN, owners, drawn by Robert E. Anderson,
Inc., C. F., and dated May 5,. 1969, hereby jointly and severally COVENANT
with the Planning,Baard of said North Andover, as its membership now is and
may from time to time hereafter be constituted, as follows:
THAT THE WAYS REQUIRED TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND THE WMCIPAL SERVICES ;
REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED WITHIN SAID TRACT, PURSUANT TO THE RULES
AND REGULATIONS OF SAID BOARD, INCLUDING ANY CONDITIONS WHICH HAVE i
BEEN DR SHALL HEREAFTER BE SPECIFICALLY DOSED BY IT RELATIVE TO
THE SUBDIVISION OF SAID TRACT, SHALL BE PROVIDED TO SERVE ANY LOT
SHOWN ON SAID PLAN BEFORE SUCH LOT MAY BE BUILT.UPON OR CONVEYED,
OTHER THAN BY NORTGAGE'DEED.
€' The covenantors understand and agree that this, their Covenant, shall rua

with the land as to all of said lots, and shall be binding and effective
except as it may hereafter be "released" by said Board, in' full or in part,
all as.provided by said 81 U.
