HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-03-16 Interim As-Built Correspondence Letter CHRISTIANSEN PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AND t-AND SURVEYORS Csi 160 SUNINIER STREE T,1-lAJER.HiL L, IMA 01 K0 July 25, 2013 Ms, Judy Tyman, Town Planner Town of North Andover Planning Department 1600 Osgood Street North Andover, MA 01845 Re: Definitive Subdivision Plan for"The Captain Nathaniel Berry Homestead" Dear Ms. Tyman: On behalf of Jack Cahill of 166 Salem Street Realty Trust, we submit the attached Interim As-Built Plan for the project, The Planning Board's Definitive Subdivision Plan Decision requires that prior to the issuance of a building permit for house construction on the new lots the private driveway must be constructed to binder pavement, the shoulders must be stabilized, and the rain gardens must be in place. These conditions are satisfied by the construction that has taken place to date. Based on the Interim As-Built Plan and periodic inspections during the construction} of the driveway and rain gardens, I certify that construction of the driveway and rain gardens that has taken place to date is in substantial compliance with the approved plans. In anticipation of the start of the house construction on Lots 1A and 3, Mr. Cahill requests that you review this information for compliance with the conditions of the Decision.
