As you know I am very much opposed to this type of development with a variety of culdesacs. Both of these culdesacs should run to abutting properties. The Antonelli land does show a connection but there should also be a connection to the Vogel, McElhiney Land. Drainage should be adjusted to accommodate any future connections. I will be at your meeting Monday evening if you wish to discuss this further. Sincerely, William A. The locus plan provided appears to be incorrect. 2 . Coalie Road would be unacceptable to us, since there exists a Colby Court in town. 3 . The statement of environmental impact states that the sub- division' s two cul-de-sacs "will minimize the effect on police and fare protection" . This addition of 15 residential units will require additional services that are not offset by the installation of a cul-de-sac or two. 4 . 1 still would want to see the water system looped to Coventry and would like to work with the applicant to see that his "best efforts" , as described in number 4 of your conditional approval dated May 5, 1986, are achieved.
