Dear Mr Sullivan;
The Conservation Commission of North Andover has
looked over the land that the Salem Gardens Develop-
ment is planned for. We have observed that there are
wet-lands including a .pond and a. brook on this property.
This waked the property subject to the Ma,ssgehusetts
General Law Chapter 131- section 40, which is an Act
relative to the protection of Bret-lands . Inclosed is a
copy of the act so that you iiwAy comply with the pro-
visions of the act and send cy report to the various
agencies that It requires.

Dear Bill.:
At the request of Mr. Sullivan 1 am submitting the
following report on conditions and items to be completed
on this street.
1. Drainage Swale on intake and outlet to drainage
system needs some attention along with some work to be done
on head walls.
2. ,Surface water on the :fast side of the Circle not
getting in to catch basins. At present it is running down
the driveway of the home owned by Mr. Hef.fron.
3. Minor finish grading and seeding to be completed.
4. Patch to be installed in circle area.
5. Catch basins need to be cleaned.
1 would recommend that $1,500.00 be retained until
these corrections have been completed.
