Thank you t`or your recent ef.`fi its to install an upgraded, ;septic :system at your property. This will
help assure protection of public health and the environment of;'North And over.
During; they installation process your contractor opted to install an ef.fl cent filter inside of the
septic tarry, outlet tees. This component was not specified on the design plan, however is allowed
to he used.
l do wish to call to your attention the rep,ulate:rry recluirerrrerrt that the filter I)e rer-roved and
cleaned it least annrrar.11y (510 CMR 15.227 (7)). This activity is important to help assure proper
operation of"the falter aa:nd ofthe• entire: septic system. l:f`you f`e,c;1 corrrflartalrle cloing so, yoga
