The undersigned, being a majority of the Planning Board of the Town of North
Andover, Massachusetts, hereby certify that:
a. The requirements for the construction of ways and municipal services
called for the Sureties dated December 23, 1981, and Play 7 1982 ,
1982, and by the Covenant contained on the subdivision plan entitled:
"Plan of Trafalgar Estates located in North Andover, Mass. owned by
Thomas J. Flatley" dated October 27, 1976, as approved by the Planning
Board on February 10, 1978, recorded with Essex North Registry of Deeds
as Plan No. 7778 of 1978, has been partially completed to the satisfaction
of the North Andover Planning Board to adequately service all of the lots
within said subdivision.
b. I hereby certify that all of the Lots within said subdivision do conform
to the layout as shown on the definitive plan entitled: "Plan of
Trafalgar Estates located in North Andover, Mass."

c. The Town of North Andover, a municipal corporation situated in the County
of Essex, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting by its duly organized
Planning Board, holder of Performance Sureties dated December 23, 1981,
and rIay 7 ,_ 1932, 1982, and a Subdivision Control Agreement dated
February 5, 1979, and recorded at the Registry of Deeds for the North
Registry of said County in Book 1362, Page 658, acknowledges satisfaction
of the terms thereof and hereby releases its right title and interest in
Lots T,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13►14,15,
16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,39, and 40.
EXECUTED as a sealed instrument this JfZ day of LO A y 1982.
