1980 and recorded in the Essex North District Registry of Deeds at
Book 1448, Page 153, of North Andover, Massachusetts, the owner of
Lot 3, Shannon Lane, North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts, as
shown on a plan of land recorded in the Essex North District Registry
of Deeds as Plan No. 10064, in consideration of One ($1 .00) Dollar and ,
other valuable consideration, hereby grant to the Town of North Andovei:,
in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for the benefit of the inhabitants
of the Town of North Andover, their successors and/or assigns, the following,
Easement in perpetuity:
The drainage easement designated as "REVISED DRAINAGE
EASEMENT" on a plan of land captioned "EASEMENT PLAN
of LAND 1N NORTH ANDOVER, MA. PREPARED FOR ROBERT M. &
MARGARET A. FITZULA & OAK TRUST SCALE 1"=40' AUG. , 1990"
.0 prepared by Christiansen & Sergi, to be recorded herewith.
With regard to the above easement, the said Town of North
Andover shall forever have the right to construct, maintain, repair
z° and replace drainage works throughout said parcel and to conduct
drainage therethrough, to make such entries thereon and therein, as
may from time to time be necessary or convenient for such purposes.
�4 However, saic premises shall be restored as soon as possible after
