Attached is a pdf ZIP of the 2nd revised plans for the above subject site. Toni could you please upload the plan to the permit site. The Owners and attorney are working on the easement doc's. I Cannot say how quickly it will be done. I ask that an approval letter be issued with a condition that no construction permit will be issued until the easement doc's are received. This will give us the approval letter we need to proceed with the Conservation filing. thank you both for all your hard work this past week, we got lots done! Both are being drafted by an attorney, how long I do not know, but I will forward them once I receive them. I had requested that the approval letter be granted and made a request that no construction permit be given until those documents are received as we are very anxious for the approval letter so that we can proceed with a conservation filing as Conservation will not accept an application without BOH approval.. My suggestion is to await those two open items and then adjust the letter accordingly, but if there is a desire to release the letter now then I believe it is written in a clear manner that spells out what the expectations are. The contractor was excellent. A few issues to call to your attention— 1.The design plan calls for removal of a landscape wall adjacent to the leach field. This was not done. The contractor reports he was instructed not to do so. I am not 100% sure what the design intent was of the engineer when he said to remove that wall so I am not sure if it is acceptable for it to remain in place or not. We should perhaps ask the designer about this. Is this something you'd like me to do, or you would do, or are you ok with the wall remaining in place? 2.The design plans calls for a grading easement to be recorded on the deed for 39 Hawkins Lane to allow fill material for the new septic system to be placed on their property. I am reminding you of this so that you can make sure it is in place before issuance of a Certificate of Compliance If I can help with either of these matters please do let me know.
